Collection and processing when contacting us in writing

If you contact us in writing, e.g. by email or WhatsApp message, we will only collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) to the extent provided by you.

The data processing serves the purpose of establishing contact. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the data transmitted. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. We will only use your e-mail address to process your enquiry. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user’s computer system. The purpose of data processing is to analyse this website and its visitors. Use of links to social networks

Storage duration

Once the contract has been fully processed, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then in accordance with statutory retention periods, in particular under tax and commercial law, and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
